MARK TWAIN once wrote: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So, throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
MY MOTTO IS "EXPLORE. DREAM. DISCOVER."
I WANT TO Explore, Dream and Discover as much as possible in my life here on earth, and I want my Web sites to empower, equip and incite others to do the same.
I WANT TO help folks to find something new and exciting to do and experience. That's why I formed my charitable organization and named it the "Community Action Team"— a name that I feel encompasses all the varied activities and events that I have (and will continue to) organized for the good of our community.
WHAT CAN I DO to help you explore your potential, make a dream come true or discover new frontiers? I hope to hear from you.
Yours truly,
Justin Rudd!

Horizon Chamber Choir
Based in Los Angeles County, the Horizon Music Group is dedicated to serving the community, its musicians, and its students by offering outstanding live performances of the classical repertoire in an intimate and accessible setting; providing a musical voice for young emerging artists; and enriching students, teachers, and educational institutions’ curricula with a classical music resource.
Founded in 2010, the Horizon Music Group has two resident ensembles: the Horizon Chamber Choir and the Horizon Chamber Orchestra Christian Campos serves as the HMG's music director. Members of these two flagship ensembles actively perform with the area's finest groups, including the Los Angeles Master Chorale, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Musica Angelica, and Pacific Symphony. In addition, Horizon's artists have performed throughout the world with many of the world’s finest orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, Dallas Symphony, Concertgebouw Orchestra, and Mozarteum Orchestra.
Christian Campos, conductor
Equally at home in front of an orchestra or choir, conductor Christian Campos is founder and music director of the Horizon Music Group. The Los Angeles native has performed with the American Youth Symphony and Los Angeles Philharmonic under the batons of Esa‐Pekka Salonen, Christoph von Dohnányi, Carl St. Clair, and Zubin Mehta; he has also made television appearances on NBC (The Tonight Show with Jay Leno), CNN News, and Nickelodeon (The Adventures of Alex Mack). He began his musical training as a member of the Paulist Boy Choristers under Jon Wattenbarger and Dana Marsh. A graduate of DePauw University, he studied music and economics while participating in management and technology honors programs. In addition, Campos received a grant from the ASIANetwork to study Indian Carnatic Music in Southern India.
A frequent guest conductor of professional and amateur ensembles alike, Mr. Campos appeared with Palo Alto Choirs on their tour of Europe, making stops at Sacre‐Coeur and L’Eglise Madeleine in Paris. He has conducted the Irvine Young Concert Artists Orchestra, Eisenstadt Band, and was conductor for performances featuring members of the Indianapolis Baroque and Chamber Orchestras. In the past two years Campos has conducted major choral-orchestral works by Handel (Messiah) and J.S. Bach (St. John Passion), along with significant orchestral works by Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart and Schubert, including concerti by Mozart, Handel, and Zipp.
Christian recently completed his coursework toward a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the USC Thornton School of Music. He has studied and participated in master classes with Helmuth Rilling, Dale Warland, Paul Salamunovich, William Dehning, Larry Livingston, and Lucinda Carver. He has served on the faculty at Pomona College and the USC Thornton School of Music.
